TreadLightly EnviroFest 2011 (5 June 2011)
Tasmania's TreadLightly EnviroFest 2011 is being held, this year, on World Environment Day, at the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens.
The festival is a free community event, and will showcase positive examples of creativity and innovation in our community.
The aim of the festival is to build a strong ‘whole of community’ focus on sustainable living within the community and industry. Now, more than ever, is the time to motivate ourselves and encourage others to live more sustainably.

Sustainable Living Expo 2010 (6-7 Nov 2010)
Tasmania's Sustainable Living Expo is again being held at the recently renovated Princes Wharf - Shed No. 1, Hobart.
The Expo is a free community event (organised by Sustainable Living Tasmania) and will showcasing positive examples of creativity and innovation in our community.
Come along and find out how local business, schools, government, individuals and community groups are rising to the challenge and providing solutions to the social and environmental issues facing us all.
Solar Water Wise will be offering great “Expo Only” specials over the weekend, and will also be giving away a free solar hot water installation (worth up to $1,500) to one lucky person every day.*
Weekend Workshops
Solar hot water workshops will also be held over the weekend.
- Saturday 6 November: Solar Hot Water: Choosing the Right System (12 noon)
- Sunday 7 November: Solar Hydronic Home Heating: Heating your home with solar (12 noon)

Lenah Valley Home Energy Forum (23 Oct 2010)
Lenah Links will be hosting a Community Energy Forum on Saturday 23 October. There will be information on energy efficiency measures and rebate opportunities for solar hot water and solar power.
The forum will be attended by Solar Water Wise, aling with key suppliers of solar PV panels, heat transfer systems and insulation. There will be lots of information on products and costs to help you make decisions about how to improve the energy efficiency of your home.

Camp Quality and the Hobart Home Ideas Centre (14-15 Aug 2010)
Camp Quality and the Hobart Home Ideas Centre are working together to hold the biggest Home Expo Auction ever to be held in Hobart and we are inviting you to join us in raising funds to assist children living with cancer and their families, and help them through this difficult period.
A large range of products and services are being donated by exhibitors for the auction,
Solar Water Wise will be donating a free solar hot water installation (worth up to $1,500) on any purchase of a Greenland Systems evacuated tube collector.
